These terms govern the use of Renshu. By using the application, you accept these terms.

Service description

Renshu is a progressive web application (PWA) for recording gym workouts. The service includes a free plan with basic features and a Premium plan with additional features.

User obligations

Provide truthful information when registering.
Do not share or transfer your account.
Use the service reasonably and in accordance with the law.
Be at least 16 years old.

Payments and subscriptions

The Premium plan is managed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.

Intellectual property

Renshu and its content (code, design, texts, logos) are owned by Rafael Gómez Rubio. The training data you record is yours and you can export or delete it at any time.

Renshu is a tracking tool, not a substitute for medical or professional advice. Consult a health professional before starting any exercise program.

Artificial intelligence features, when available, offer general suggestions based on your training data. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or rehabilitation advice.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We strive to maintain a reliable service but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external causes.

Termination

You can stop using Renshu and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
